Porticciolo Apartments
Porticciolo Apartments are located in Lazise, on the east coast of the Garda Lake, merely 50 meters away from the crystal waters.
The intervention begins from client’s intention of renting these apartments for a long-term to private clients who would use them as vacation houses. In fact, Garda Lake is the perfect place to escape from the chaos of everyday life and connect more with the nature.
The 80 sqm apartments consist of an entrance area, a living room with open kitchen, two bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe room, one master bedroom and finally an enormous terrace with a unique view. To the west, we have two large windows looking directly to the lake that invite the environment inside the apartment. So, our intention was to work with elements and colors that can work with this beautiful view while creating a flexible and elegant atmosphere in the apartments.
In order to create a vibrant interior and at the same time give the future tenant the possibility of personalization, we used neutral colors, like beige, white, gray to set the general ambience together with individual elements in vibrant colors; like red, orange and dark blue.
Connect with the nature
We developed the open-kitchen concept with ELMAR, choosing from their FLY_04 collection. The highlight of this collection is its Inox C profile handles that form the clean kitchen finish that we wanted to achieve. In order to create a fresh and comfortable living space, we used the furniture of HAY. The modular MAGS sofa, DLM portable side table, KNIT coat rack are some of the playful furniture that set the elegant interior. Closet solutions for the walk-in wardrobe and the master bedroom as well as the double bed are provided by PIANCA. The flexibility of ANTEPRIMA walk-in closet system of PIANCA together with LINE 9 sofa bed by BOLZAN give the possibility to transform the closet room into a cozy guestroom. CLEA and SCAVA wall sconces in all the apartments are from the Belgian brand WEVER & DUCRÉ. And lastly, tiny but powerful BELLHOP table lamp by FLOS completes the apartment.
