Signiel Seoul is a five-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Seoul, South Korea. The hotel is housed between floors 76 and 101 of the Lotte World Tower, which is the sixth-tallest skyscraper in the world and the tallest in South Korea. Designed by the architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, Lotte Tower has quickly become an iconic symbol of Seoul’s skyline.
The architectural importance of the building lies not only in its height but also in its unique design: the building's facade features a series of curved lines that create a sense of movement and fluidity. This design element is repeated throughout the building's interior, creating a seamless transition between the exterior and interior spaces. The hotel's public spaces are designed to be grand and luxurious, with high ceilings, marble floors, and magnificent chandeliers. The hotel's lobby is particularly impressive, with a sweeping staircase that leads up to the hotel's restaurants and guest rooms.

Presidential Suite and Royal Suite rooms are the two most luxurious and grandiose room types of the hotel. Located at the 99th floor, the Presidential Suite Rooms offer a comfortable and spacious stay for the guests. Having a total area of 143 m2, these rooms are equipped with a bedroom, living room and a dining room. One level up, the Royal Suite Rooms are reserved for the Korean and international VIPs. Having a total area of 353 m2, these rooms are equipped with a bedroom, living room, meeting room, secretary room and a jacuzzi.
Working closely with the design team of the Lotte Tower, we have furnished the unique furniture pieces of the Presidential Suite and Royal Suite rooms, both by the renowned Italian brands and custom pieces.
The rooms are designed to reflect both contemporary and classical aesthetics, seamlessly blending luxury and comfort. Each piece has been chosen and curated with the highest of attention to details. Walnut solid wood furniture, blue veined onyx, bronze finishes, and leather are the dominant materials of the furniture pieces. The result is a harmonious blend of quality, exquisite designs, and utmost comfort.
